Movable Louver Pergola Product Introduction

This movable louver pergola is an all-aluminum architectural structure with flexible multi-form transformation. The top blades can be fully folded and stacked to one side. When all blades are fully retracted, up to 75% of light can pass through, bringing you a full panoramic view of the sky. When the blades are closed completely, it can block direct sunlight and resist rainwater. Made of high-performance aluminum material, it can withstand harsh outdoor weather conditions, features solid construction and long service life up to 20 years.

Size & Frame Combination Options

1. Four-post Group A: Maximum span size 4m by 7m

Ambient LED Lighting System

LED light strips are embedded inside the surrounding gutter, forming a full-circle soft lighting layout to create a comfortable atmospheric outdoor environment.

Fully Retracted Working State

All top louver blades can slide and stack neatly to one side, eliminating visual barriers and greatly expanding the open outdoor view space.

Main Aluminum Extrusion Profiles & Specifications

Component A is the louver blade, with dimension 228mm40mm, wall thickness 1.8mm.
Component B refers to the side beam, sized 250mm50mm with 2.3mm wall thickness.
Two types of gutters are available for Component C: large gutter 157mm58mm (1.5mm thickness) and standard gutter 142mm58mm (1.5mm thickness).
Component D is the support post, specification 200mm200mm, wall thickness 3.0mm.
Component E stands for the sliding track, dimension 142mm80mm, wall thickness 2.0mm.

Rainwater Drainage Principle

Rainwater flows along the built-in grooves of each louver blade into the surrounding integrated gutter. Drain outlets are reserved at the bottom of every support post to discharge all rainwater outside the structure.
